Submit accurate information

A lot of people will try to lie about how many websites they have or how many visitors you receive every month. Don't lie about any information because it can only come back to haunt you.

List your website as Google

You don't need to own a website in order to do CPA marketing. When they ask you to list your website just put Google and on how you are going to market you just put PPC marketing or e-mail marketing. I never put my website even though I own one because I never intend to use it.

Make Sure you Have a Valid Phone Number

You will never get an account with a good company unless you have a phone number. They are going to want to talk to you because they want to make sure that you are who you are and see if you know what you are talking about. Just answer truthfully and you should have no trouble getting in.

Call Them First

You should always call the CPA company before they call you because it shows initiative and that you are serious about working with them. They are in this business to make money and they need as many good marketers as they can get. These people always host contests for the best affiliates and the prizes are outrageous like cars and vacations. They want to try and attract as many super affiliates as possible to let them know that you can be one.

This Next One is The Most Important

You can't give up if they tell you no. You have one of two options if they say that. You can either move on and go to another affiliate company or call them back and ask why. Usually when they turn you down they think that you just don't care about it and by calling them back and asking why they turned you down might change their decision right then and there. Just like number four, this shows initiative and might be the thing that gets your account approved.
